IT House

In 2017, when Warner Bros released their newest "It" adaptation, we were commissioned to build a two-story replica of the IT Neiboldt House from the ground up in Hollywood. Upon completion the house was open for free tours, and by the end of the one month activation, the waitlist had about 85,000 names. We completed this soup to nuts-- we scouted the parking lot, applied for all the permits, built the house, added in all the special effects, managed the waitlist and staffed the house with actors for the one month run.
